Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days after arrival. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase arrived at your house/office, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must attempt to contact us directly either at Service@GodseySupply.us or through our Instagram service page @GodseySupply. *1
Your return or exchange inquiry will be taken into consideration on day of message relay.
Contacting us allows our service team to work directly with you and often leads to the best results.
- *Day's that Godsey Supply is closed will not affect your allotted inquiry time frame.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any product not sold directly from Godsey Supply will be rejected upon retrieval.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
-As of November 9th, 2016 Godsey Supply is no longer to be held accountable for damages received through shipping. Feel free to contact us if there is an issue in relation to shipping.
-The items listed on site are not "Sale" items unless specifically noted in the item description or marked with *markdown next to the products name.
-Verified Authentic sneakers may only be returned in the SAME exact condition as described upon arrival. Claims against authenticity or condition must be filed directly with us by reaching out to our service team on either our social media platforms or our email: Service@GodseySupply.us / Subject to our Return Policy. We will happily refund any purchase made from us if you ship it back in such condition stated.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of processing days.Please reference the "refunds" section of our FAQ page above. Please note, refunds may take up to 48 hours to post to your account. This is completely normal.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and review your online banking profiles. (Statements tend to be behind.)
For Credit card Customers-
Contact your credit card company and ask about typical return processing times, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. (Typically 1-2 business days at most.)
For Debit card Customers-
Contact your bank and ask if there's a processing return. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We ask kindly not to issue a charge-back as your first option, as we are always happy to refund you if you require it for a return or order cancellation and we rely on the close relationships we have with our processors. Simply contact us as outlined above via email, or leave a message at: 804-592-0319 / Charge-back claims and false charge-back claims will be fought with all evidence we can provide in best efforts to invalidate the claim. We also unfortunately will have to ask for you to not continue future business with us in this event. We take fraud protection very seriously and work hard to de-platform these individuals.

FRAUD DETECTION SOFTWARE:
We are currently running on a 4.0 enhanced fraud filter that may or may not decline your card based on several factors. We take our website, consumer information, and overall security very seriously. If you have received a charge from Godsey Supply that you did NOT authorize, please contact us immediately at: 804-592-0319 and leave a voicemail. We will contact you back immediately and work with you to refund you no hassle and report the associated IP address to other processors and vendors to circumvent further charges. Charging back can typically take up to 2 months to resolve and may result in a loss, even if the charges were genuinely fraudulent. Contacting the company immediately that issued the charge is the best way to go about it. This also allows us to partner with law enforcement agencies to provide information based on the suspect charge. We will never take the money or fulfill an order that is suspected to be fraudulent or from a previously reported IP address.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 67 Leyland Farms Dr. Bumpass Virginia US 23024 / Our facility office.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
